Catatan: Video Trimmer adalah proyek independen. Selalu simpan berkas asli; ekspor menulis berkas baru dan tidak menimpa aslinya, tetapi hasil akhir sebaiknya Anda periksa sebelum menghapus sumbernya.

1. Persetujuan

Dengan memasang atau memakai Video Trimmer ("aplikasi"), Anda menyetujui syarat ini dan Kebijakan Privasi. Jika Anda tidak setuju, mohon jangan memakai aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan oleh Ahmad Arif ("kami").

2. Tentang aplikasi

Video Trimmer adalah aplikasi macOS untuk membuang (atau menyimpan) bagian tertentu dari video lalu mengekspor hasilnya, memakai ffmpeg. Aplikasi ini gratis dan open source di bawah lisensi MIT.

3. Hasil ekspor

Perkiraan ukuran berkas hanyalah estimasi; ukuran sebenarnya bisa berbeda.
Pemotongan dan encoding dilakukan oleh ffmpeg dan VideoToolbox; kualitas dan kompatibilitas hasil bergantung pada berkas sumber dan versi ffmpeg yang terpasang.
Periksa hasil ekspor sebelum menghapus berkas asli.

4. Layanan dan perangkat lunak pihak ketiga

Video Trimmer memakai ffmpeg dan ffprobe yang dipasang terpisah lewat Homebrew (tidak dibundel), tunduk pada lisensinya sendiri, di luar kendali kami.

5. Penggunaan yang diperbolehkan

Aplikasi ditujukan untuk penggunaan pribadi. Gunakan hanya pada berkas yang Anda berhak memakainya dan patuhi hak cipta serta privasi orang lain. Unduh aplikasi hanya dari halaman rilis GitHub resmi atau tap Homebrew kami; kami tidak menjamin keamanan berkas dari sumber lain.

6. Hak kekayaan intelektual

Kode sumber Video Trimmer tersedia di bawah lisensi MIT di github.com/ahmadarif-lab/video-trimmer. Nama dan ikon aplikasi tetap milik pengembang.

7. Tanpa jaminan

Aplikasi disediakan "apa adanya" dan "sebagaimana tersedia", tanpa jaminan apa pun, termasuk jaminan kualitas hasil ekspor, ketersediaan tanpa gangguan, atau bebas dari kesalahan. Karena ditandatangani ad-hoc (bukan Developer ID yang dinotarisasi), macOS mungkin menampilkan peringatan keamanan saat pemasangan manual.

8. Batasan tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum yang berlaku, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung maupun tidak langsung yang timbul dari penggunaan aplikasi, termasuk kehilangan atau kerusakan berkas video.

9. Perubahan dan penghentian

Kami dapat memperbarui aplikasi dan syarat ini, atau menghentikan aplikasi, sewaktu-waktu. Versi terbaru syarat ini akan dipublikasikan di halaman ini dengan tanggal pembaruan yang baru.

10. Hukum yang berlaku

Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.

Note: Video Trimmer is an independent project. Always keep your original file; exports write a new file and do not overwrite the original, but check the result before deleting the source.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Video Trimmer (the "app"), you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is developed by Ahmad Arif ("we").

2. About the app

Video Trimmer is a macOS app for cutting out (or keeping) chosen stretches of a video and exporting the result, powered by ffmpeg. It is free and open source under the MIT license.

3. Export results

File-size figures are estimates only; the actual size can differ.
Cutting and encoding are done by ffmpeg and VideoToolbox; the quality and compatibility of the result depend on the source file and the installed ffmpeg version.
Check the exported result before deleting your original file.

4. Third-party services and software

Video Trimmer relies on ffmpeg and ffprobe, installed separately through Homebrew (not bundled) and subject to their own license, outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

The app is intended for personal use. Use it only on files you have the right to use, and respect other people's copyright and privacy. Download the app only from the official GitHub release page or our Homebrew tap; we cannot vouch for files from other sources.

6. Intellectual property

Video Trimmer's source code is available under the MIT license at github.com/ahmadarif-lab/video-trimmer. The app's name and icon remain the developer's.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including the quality of exported results, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Because it is ad-hoc signed (not a notarized Developer ID build), macOS may show a security warning on a manual install.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the app, including loss of or damage to video files.

9. Changes and discontinuation

We may update the app and these terms, or discontinue the app, at any time. The latest version of these terms will be published on this page with an updated date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
