Catatan: Clock Widget adalah proyek independen dan tidak berafiliasi dengan StandBy Mode: Clock & Widgets maupun pengembangnya. Tampilan jamnya meniru gaya aplikasi tersebut; tidak ada kode darinya yang dipakai.

1. Persetujuan

Dengan memasang atau memakai Clock Widget ("aplikasi"), Anda menyetujui syarat ini. Cara aplikasi memperlakukan data Anda dijelaskan di bagian Privasi pada halaman aplikasi. Jika Anda tidak setuju, mohon jangan memakai aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan oleh Ahmad Arif ("kami").

2. Tentang aplikasi

Clock Widget adalah widget jam untuk layar utama Android dengan empat tampilan (Pastel Bubbles, Green LED, Flip Clock, dan Minimal), dilengkapi aplikasi pemilih tampilan. Aplikasi ini gratis dan kodenya terbuka di bawah lisensi MIT di GitHub.

3. Cara kerja dan dampaknya

Agar widget berdetak tepat waktu, aplikasi menjalankan layanan latar depan dengan notifikasi permanen berprioritas rendah. Flip Clock memperbarui widget tiap detik dan karena itu memakai CPU dan baterai lebih banyak selama layar menyala.
Setelah perangkat dinyalakan ulang atau widget baru ditambahkan, layanan itu baru berjalan setelah Anda membuka aplikasi sekali; sebelum itu widget memakai pembaruan per menit yang bisa tertunda oleh penghemat daya.
Widget diuji pada sedikit perangkat; peluncur (launcher) lain bisa menampilkannya berbeda.
Jangan mengandalkan widget ini sebagai satu-satunya penunjuk waktu untuk hal yang kritis.

4. Pembaruan dan layanan pihak ketiga

Aplikasi memeriksa versi baru dari apps.bontot.my.id (di-host di Cloudflare) dan mengarahkan unduhan ke apps.bontot.my.id atau GitHub Releases. Ketersediaan layanan tersebut tunduk pada ketentuan penyedianya masing-masing dan di luar kendali kami. Pemasangan pembaruan selalu atas persetujuan Anda.

5. Penggunaan yang diperbolehkan

Aplikasi ditujukan untuk penggunaan pribadi. Unduhlah aplikasi hanya dari situs resmi kami atau GitHub Releases proyek ini; kami tidak menjamin keamanan berkas APK dari sumber lain.

6. Lisensi dan kekayaan intelektual

Kode aplikasi dirilis di bawah lisensi MIT.
Nama, ikon, dan tampilan aplikasi adalah milik pengembang.
Font yang disertakan tunduk pada lisensinya masing-masing; rinciannya ada di README proyek.

7. Tanpa jaminan

Aplikasi disediakan "apa adanya" dan "sebagaimana tersedia", tanpa jaminan apa pun, termasuk jaminan ketepatan waktu tampilan, ketersediaan tanpa gangguan, atau bebas dari kesalahan.

8. Batasan tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum yang berlaku, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian langsung maupun tidak langsung yang timbul dari penggunaan aplikasi.

9. Perubahan dan penghentian

Kami dapat memperbarui aplikasi dan syarat ini, atau menghentikan aplikasi, sewaktu-waktu. Versi terbaru syarat ini akan dipublikasikan di halaman ini dengan tanggal pembaruan yang baru. Dengan terus memakai aplikasi setelah perubahan, Anda dianggap menyetujuinya.

10. Hukum yang berlaku

Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia.

Note: Clock Widget is an independent project and is not affiliated with StandBy Mode: Clock & Widgets or its developers. Its clock faces imitate that app's look; none of its code is used.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Clock Widget (the "app"), you agree to these terms. How the app treats your data is described in the Privacy section of the app page. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is developed by Ahmad Arif ("we").

2. About the app

Clock Widget is a home-screen clock widget for Android with four faces (Pastel Bubbles, Green LED, Flip Clock, and Minimal), together with an app to pick the face. It is free, and its code is open source under the MIT licence on GitHub.

3. How it works and what it costs

To make the widget tick exactly on time the app runs a foreground service with a permanent low-priority notification. The Flip Clock updates the widget every second and therefore uses more CPU and battery while the screen is on.
After a reboot, or after adding a new widget, that service only runs once you open the app; until then the widget uses a once-a-minute update that battery savers may delay.
The widget was tested on few devices; other launchers may show it differently.
Do not rely on this widget as your only clock for anything critical.

4. Updates and third-party services

The app checks apps.bontot.my.id (hosted on Cloudflare) for new versions and points downloads to apps.bontot.my.id or GitHub Releases. The availability of those services is subject to their providers' own terms and is outside our control. Installing an update is always your decision.

5. Acceptable use

The app is intended for personal use. Download it only from our official site or this project's GitHub Releases; we cannot vouch for the safety of APK files from other sources.

6. Licence and intellectual property

The app's code is released under the MIT licence.
The app's name, icon, and design belong to the developer.
Bundled fonts are subject to their own licences; details are in the project's README.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including any warranty of display accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes and discontinuation

We may update the app and these terms, or discontinue the app, at any time. The latest version of these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the app after a change, you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
